As for the creeper, you can block his number. Call your phone company and have them block your number. And tell your mom that he's a creeper. That way when she answers the door at your house, she can tell him to go away. As for him waiting outside your classes, I don't know...I guess you could go to a teacher or a counselor about it. Whatever you decide to do, it needs to be done NOW. If you don't nip this in the bud, it will escalate and bad things will happen...
