Where is she? Shouldn't she be back by now? What is taking her?!
"Inuyasha, you're pacing again," Shippo said sounding really annoyed. Just what I need the little fluff ball raccoon getting on my nerves! I stopped to look and see where he was at. Perfect! As normal he's right under my feet!
"What do you care!" I shouted at him as I punched him in the head. Wailing, he ran to Sango, the usual when Kagome's not here. "That's it! I'm going after her!"
Leaning in the door, Miroku, who also seemed annoyed, said, "She said she'd be back tonight. It's only sundown! Why are you so worried?"
"Something just feels really off!" I yelled walking out the door without waiting for a reply. I can't stand it when they try to talk me down. If they don't like how I am, they can just go! I won't change for anyone! Yet that stupid little voice in my head decided to speak up at the worst moment just like normal. You know you wouldn't be able to stand it if they left now. Especially Kagome! What would happen if she never came back?! What if she just left?! And those thought sent me spiraling into a panic. I started to run as fast as I possibly could! This normally happens remember? I told myself in an effort to reach a calm state. You always do this if she's even the slightest bit late. Get a hold of yourself! I calmed down just as I entered the clearing of the well. Ok. I'll just go and meet her. She normally doesn't mind that. Taking out my hat and stuffing my ears inside, I jumped onto the edge of the well. Here we go! I jumped in. What?! What happened?! I just hit the bottom! It didn't transport me! What happened?! This has never happened! Where did you go, Kagome?! Where are you?!!
"KAGOME!!!!"
