Well, the problem is, the old spyware I had crashed my computer when I updated it, so I had to go back to another date to restore my computer and it voided my spyware program completely. So now, I can't uninstall it, or delete it...and I can't install another spyware/antivirus program while it's still "there" because then they will conflict =w= It's a huge mess...at least my computer still works and everything though. .w.;
