I'd choose Froslass due to the more Types it holds, but that also means it is more affects by more types. But I can also learn more moves coming from the fact it has more types. Arcanine is also great Attack, but muscle isn't everything! Whatever you want!!!!
Hmmm...how about the female houndoom? fire and dragon types have always been my favorites :D I'll give you one of my shiny Charizards in return (don't feel bad about taking it, I've got like six of 'em)
