Sure, if you're using Paint, go to the little button with the "A" in it. Click it. Then the little box under the tablet thing will have 2 small boxes with some shapes in them. the top will have a green box with a small dotted box around it and the inside of the dotted box (outside/backround or green box) will be white. Make sure that isn't higlighted, click the box thingy under it and start typing on the card! XD lol
