And GPA isn't, but rank/percentile are. Of course I have to have ECs too, but if I'm not in the top 5th percentile (and probably at least salutatorian of my class since I'm Asian and attend a school with insanely high grade curves -____-;)

If I have decent ECs but nothing else then that's just as bad as being a valedictorian 2400'er without any ECs. P:

GPA does not determine everything. Don't worry, the chances of you getting accepted is higher than many who apply. As long as your application essay is good, you will have a high chance!

I may have no chance at the colleges I'm applying to just because I take band. Seriously. I have to take 4+ APs online (plus the 2 APs at school and my honors class) JUST to have the same grade as someone who took a regular version of a class for one semester and only took the offered honors/AP classes at the school... just because of band. -___- And taking 4+ APs would be what I'd have to do to be ranked second in my class.

Dear colleges, I refuse to spend thousands and thousands upon thousands of dollars to take online APs while others don't. Dear colleges, it irks me that people who pursue their passions must work 10x as hard as one who decides to take the easy way out, and still have the slacker win.

It's a sport, but I also suck at it LOL. And baw I doubt it. xD From what i've noticed most people on TheO don't even come on daily. There is only a select few; and even among the select few that come on daily I probably come online most out of all of them.

and kpop idols.... like snsd. that 800 calorie diet. plus yoona's abs... I didn't even know that girls had abs before I saw that article lol

lolno I never exercise. If I'm sure of one thing, it's that I know that most of this is fat, not muscle. xD I can't even run a mile without collapsing and fainting because I never exercise. I literally sit down in front of a computer all day every day practically. I'm in golf, but that's not really a sport that requires fitness so yeah. I don't have muscle. xD LOL if you're going along the lines of physics, then I'll have to judge the definition of fat based on appearance not weight. If we were to create a capsule in outerspace with layers of varying gravity, then of course I'd weigh different. XD

So let me reword this. I'm not fat because I'm heavy. I'm fat because my face is 1.5 times as big as most other Korean girls, my thighs are huge and my belly sticks out LOL.

I mean, I bet it's more muscle than fat. Weight is not an accurate measurement of "fat". Just, the amount of gravity pulling on your body. I can get more scientific if you want, but I'm guessing you don't. :PP

omg for math once, I finished my homework but it was really late.. like 1 or something and so I was spacing out and completely forgot to put it in my folder. I went to school, realized that I forgot my homework (which was due) and re-finished all of the homework in 10 minutes during Mrs. Liebson's XD

You just need more confidence in yourself! Really, all that matters is you accepting yourself for who you are! There is no one else in the world that'll ever be like you, or even close! When you juxtapose stuff, you only compare when they are similar. You don't compare, say....a desk and a bookshelf. So, you shouldn't compare yourself to others! And, of course, if you're worried about college, no need! There's always tone of people worse than you as well!

Of course relatives are like that- they're ASIAN. Tell me an asian adult who doesn't castigate their relatives. Bah. You aren't fat. 20 pounds overweight? That's nothing. I doubt you're like those obese Americans. (that reminds me, you've got to watch Gabriel Iglesias on youtube) :P

That's impossible for me to do. I don't look a day ahead, I look 2 years ahead. And then I get depressed and feel like a loser and feel like I've done nothing to prove myself... that and the fact that my relatives and family never fail to remind me that LOL.
