i think it would be good to have you character have this as she is human and stuff. as i mentioned it is a natural thing that some people are born with. maybe yours can find out that she has this when she is randomly mentally attcked by some random pretanatural creature.

I just randomly came up with a way for Kitty's target to be able to
escape so the intro would have a little more depth and it wouldnt be too easy for kitty to kill that guy.
