Well, I haven't been to Disneyland during Christmas yet (the one that's in California), but Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida has neat stuff at all four of their parks and in the Downtown Disney area as well. The hotels are all decked out, too, particularly the Wilderness Lodge; there's a huge tree in the lobby, and it's amazing with the huge fireplace going too ^_^ Such wonderful memories...
