Yeah, that was before I joined. I would've remembered that. But that makes sense. Even though changing it doesn't make any sense because it's misleading.
It's because those World posts were originally published. I forget if you were around when the Fan Words section was active, but people could add published posts to their favorites. I guess they just changed "Favorite Fan Words" to "Favorite World Posts".
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
I think someone's playing a trick on us, because #3 made an appearance in UnknownKey's favorites. Obviously there's a way, but we just don't know how it's done.
Thanks for explaining, that cleared things up for me. Having a FC filter would be awesome! Should we start a petition to see if we can get the mods to work on developing a filter?
Yeah I agree. I wish there was a way to filter fan comics. Searching for comics by title sure would be nice. And a button to tell whether a fan manga is on going or not. There are several things I'd like to see around theO but the list is too long to write here. Instead I will write a response post to this post if that's ok

What I meant was that there are some features that were removed some time ago, and yet they're still kind of accessible.
As for the fan characters, I wanted a way to filter characters that fans made up for already-established stories. Maybe some user wants to check out different characters that were made up to live in the world of a popular anime. Maybe someone wants to see drawings of characters they like while not having to dig through pictures of fan-made characters.
Does that make sense?

You make so many good points. A way to filter finished and unfinished comics sounds like an awesome idea. As far as trying to un-favorite nonexistent works, that should be possible. I know I get annoyed when I get the Dreaded Error Page for anything. Favoriting World posts would be easier, too. Makes us have to hunt less when we find stuff we like and want to save for later. Although I'm not sure I get what you mean by the "in limbo" sections, or specifying fan characters originate from certain fandoms. Can you explain?

Yes to all of these!! * A *
I really love each of your thoughts. If implemented, they'll make theO a really better place. :D

I'm not sure how the petition would work. I've already added a "spotlight" tag, so I think the admins will notice this (I hope).
