I don't really understand the importance of challenge order, but if it is the kind of challenge that can appear anytime (doesn't correlate to a specific current event), then perhaps close your eyes and pick? As for prizes, if you really feel like doing prizes, maybe you can ask someone to help you with those? Or co-host a challenge and prizes?

I think my hold-up with Challenges is that I don't know which one to do first. And there's the question of what prizes to give.

I think I might go back to memes. They can be pretty fun. I think there's always room for improvement so don't fret over it. Why don't you just do all your challenge ideas? It's not like there's a limit total; just 1 per month. Plus what you want to submit for your challenges can be used as examples. I think it's an good idea to enter your own.
