I struggle with finding motivation too.
What I would usually do is find someone who want to do the same thing as me and we would practice that activity together, for example drawing. I would draw with my sis for motivation. Maybe you could ask a friend who plays too to practice with you or if they play something else you could each take turn listening to each other :)
JAM JAM JAM... to all your favorite music! Dance around like nobody's watching, put on a cute outfit and do your hair and just stand in front of the mirror and appreciate how beautiful you are, and then throw on something super-duper-comfy and look at funny cat pictures on the internet, and maybe call up your best friend and chat about total nonsense.
Where you go wrong is beating yourself up.
After having this happen to me many MANY times, I can tell you that they happen only on occasion and there aren't many ways to fight it and beat it other than to let it pass.
Beating yourself up about it will only make it worse.
My first, and biggest advice, is to start. You never want to do anything until you start doing it.
You can also listen to the music you'll be playing or something, work in a way to get yourself pumped.
Thirdly, remember that there are people depending on you. Whether it's your audience or anyone yourebworking with, there are people who are depending on you to practice.
But, in the end, my main advice is my first advice, just start. Once you're focused and your head is in the gamw, you stop thinking about how much you don't want to do it. (Oh, yeah, and, if possible, don't have easy access to electronics while you practice, that tends to be distracting)

Then try picking up your guitar. It works.

Id' say don't think about it much. This is just something normal, treat it like something normal. Loosen up.
