why don't you try to restart something really old? it would be almost something new if it's years that you don't touch it, plus it would be like continuing one of those projects. you could make it a lot better with your new skills! its frustrating to not do anything if you're inspired.

I know the feeling. For me, it goes something like this: "I feel like drawing!" *stares at blank paper for half an hour and gives up* Yeah... I hate art block. XP

Maybe try experimenting with something new? Or go back to something you really love to draw? Seconding skywriter's suggestion, too!
