Do you look shady in your photo? It seems as if those passports photos make people look like: (A) a drug dealer, (B) an arms dealer, or (C) a pervert. Thankfully, I look strictly like an arms dealer in mine.

I met Red Tigress and DuoRocks17 there. I drove all the way from my house in Wisconsin to Toronto, it took about 10 1/2 hours.
When are they gonna make the Passport mandatory to get into the States anyway? I thought they did that a long time ago. I remember back in 2006, you could get across the boarder with just your Birth Certificate, so bring that for sure.
Huh, I've always needed my passport going into the States, even when it's just driving to New York. Definitely bring it, even if you don't have your new one by then.
yeah, the passport thing only applies when it comes to air travel between the US and Canada. At least for now, but that can change, and they will give plenty of notice if they ever decide to change that policy.

It's still fairly early. Might as well renew it anyway - might not be required, but it's still the best ID you can have to go into The States.
Also, you never know when you might wanna go elsewhere, right?
