I'm tempted to go over "The Emperor's New Mind" just to see if I can rethink what that force field thing is. I have an itch in the back of my mind that something is connected with it.
It contains some typos, but they're not too distracting and they don't affect the meaning of important passages. It's a short read; I finished it in one evening sitting. I just had to finish it when I started it.
"Hidden String"? Uh oh, I smell a string theory coming...

But yeah, force fields would be fun to look at. On my own time over the past few years I've theorized a few ways to make one. Hahahahaha....I'm such a Physics nerd. It's the best. If FMP's force field is anything like Gundam Seed's phase shift armour, then I may already have a few ideas on it too. I'll look into it though. Thanks for the suggestion! Anything with a great mixture of quantum theory and psychology has GOT to be amazing.

I have a few things in pdfs, like an entire encyclopedia on Philosophy and an entire encyclopedia on Physics (dwnlded them from the same place), but I haven't gotten around to looking through them yet. I'd like to see the time dilation one, but any of the other ideas sound great. They remind me of when I was going to try and figure out the theory behind a mecha's force field from Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid. I can't remember the exact name, but I know it had to do with "Hidden String" something-something. It just sounded like a great mixture of quantum theory and psychology.
LOL, MAKE DA GUNDAM ARTICLE!!! I wanna here about how you would move a Gundam. That actually gives me an idea about how GN Drives (the new reactors in 00) work. And yeah, the N-Jammer is really something to look into, but I only know basic Nuclear Fission, so we'll see about that. Also, Phase Shift armour would be another idea we could look at (ponders another T.W.I.T artcile). Maybe during easter we could try that.

I'll be straight with ya, sometimes I worry that the AE forums are a little overly frivolous about things. But I'm like, an old man there, so y'know. So I was curious to see how they'd react to it.

Also . . . I'm glad Ichigo checked it out. I KNEW that guy would have fun with it! And haha, he's already your first "viewer e-mail to say you're wrong". You truly, truly are an Anime Mythbuster now.

You want some ideas for physics, check into s-CRY-ed, especially scenes with Kazuma punching crap. At one point he deflects a large alter bullet with his arm, and shortly after he punches another bullet back down the barrel of the gun that fired it.
