This is brillant it is. I love and agree with everything you said but as someone mentioned before there are things that I wish I could warn my past self, things like health wise, hehe. It would be a lot more easier for me and my family if I told my past self about health issues and get them checked before getting really sick, lol.
And I would also warn about keeping my head cooler when I was younger, it got me in big trouble sometimes XD

I really like this Kastom.
If we were to go back and warn our past selves about certain things, it could change our lives completely. We may not be able to learn from those mistakes and just wouldn't be able to experience the moment. So your entry makes a lot of sense.
Very well done. Probably not in the true spirit of the challenge, but certainly a good message well-delivered.
Regret is a finicky thing, as we can say 'Oh well, whatever' to some things easier than others, but you're absolutely right; the way to go is to bite the bullet and stay adamant to "Regret nothing", so that you can continue being who you are. Unfortunately, this process doesn't come quickly to everybody, if at all. Perhaps, "I shouldn't have left her to die when I found out she had AIDS" or "I'll never be able to live down driving drunk and killing three other people", to use drastic examples. After these actions, it's almost certain that these people would have lived better lives had they done the opposite, and never forget 'how it could have been'. But even so, I believe your words remain sound, just with an extra added process to alleviate the regret: Forgiveness.
And I remember back in the day where you pumped out an article every other week. What the hell?! Write more!
