Yeap, that time again! I gave teh bloooods!
It was a little less of a dramatic experince than last time, since it was my first time up to the blood-giving bat. This time around, the sign-it, med-stats, and get-to-the-gurney part were all quite fast.
It just took my nurse dude about thirty minutes to put the iodine on me, and another ten before he actually started the process. Then, about halfway through, the little machine attached to the gurney started beeping, which resulted in me having to sway my knees. >>;
And then I was done and ate cookies and crackers and brownies and juice.
Though I did miss practically all of second hour. Wish it had been fourth. Then I would've missed government. P:
My eye is freakin' itchy...
Just to confirm, the grade I got on my paper was 28 and 37/83 out of 30. In other words, an A. And stuff. The reason he gave me the obnoxious fraction was because I tend to complain when he gives half points on stuff, so he used this as a way for me to admit that I want a half point. P:
And as for the help part? Well, does anybody know how much people charge to make websites? IE, commissions? I've been asked by two seperate parties as to what I would change. o3o; Obviously, since this isn't my job, I would charge less, but I have absolutely no idea what to charge. Since most places are like "send us a message with the description and your budget and blah blah and we'll give you a quote!", I haven't been getting very far.
I need monies, though, so any help is appreciated. :3

So I made a Bleach wallpaper yesterday. A fairly awesome one, I may add. However, when I uploaded the 1920x1200 version, I realized I had made a mistake and made it 1900 instead. Since this was the largest size, it's the one I actually made the wallpaper with, and then shrunk it down accordingly.
Well, since I made it the wrong size, I got the little rejection notice as such. So I went back and changed it. I then get the "one submission per 24 hours" message. But then, I see that the wallpaper has been uploading twice, both without the widescreen version.
I made that wallpaper to shut up Ichigo and Batou and their complaints about lack of OMFGHUUUUGE wallpapers. Without that size up, it kinda defeats the purpose.
So I decided to add in the link to the wallpaper's spot on my DA. And once I did so, the entire description decided to not show up on the wallpaper page. Oh, it'll show up when you go to edit, but not where it counts.
So go look at the damn thing, please, and check out the actual widescreen version. >>

The biggest problem with me and this costume is...drumroll please...the wig, for the obvious reason that I have short hair. [And if you didn't know that, then please go and read some of my comics. Or something.]
However! I fell onto an awesomely amazing windfall! My friend Deanna, of whom I'm also rooming with at the Hyatt, has a wig that I can have my way with. A perfect wig, might I add. NOW I'M NOT OUT $50 AHAHAHAA.

The only real problem I'm seeing is getting the hair pieces to cooperate with me. X3; I need to make a top-knot ponytail, get beads onto her hair, and put a giant bead for her bottom ponytail. Merrr.
And now, please pray that JoAnn Fabrics gives me a callback with the application I gave to them. ;_;
