I know. I know. The California burger I get at this restaurant is a burger, avocado, chives, bacon, and Monterrey Jack cheese served on toast. It's awesome.

But all I had was the avocado and the cheese so I went with that.

And also, medium rare burger? Is that even healthy? I thought you had to completely brown ground beef (as opposed to steak, say) because otherwise you run the risk of illness. And mad cow disease. *shot*

Also, in California, a California Burger has avocado and bacon, not egg. o3o

And hopefully I'll have another thing to go with it tonight. :D
