Only three tests and or papers that will be evaluating your final grade? Yep, sounds like two of my classes this quarter. Seems pretty typical, really.
Sounds to me like she's basically saying, "You're a good writer, but you've still got stuff to work on." (Don't we all?) Detail and imagery, while similar, aren't the same thing, so I guess she wants you to be mindful of that?
(And your professor totally misspelled imagery....)
