I didn't get the chance to even bring it up, so I'll tell you here. I'd probably go with erasing MST3K, if because Doctor Who is far more important as a cultural influence in sci-fi and the like. However, MST has influence far more than you think it has, just in different ways and not on such a grand scale. It's also far more recent than Doctor Who, so it'd hard to put a comparison to the two.
In a similar vein, I thought of asking you if you'd erase Mario or Pokemon from existence. Both have had profound influence on video game culture, as well as things outside the gaming world, but come from different points in history.
Hmm, interesting. I'll leave my answer a secret, but I would like to point out that without MST3K, we wouldn't have any of That Guy With the Glasses and TV Tropes would be a lot less fun.
