Wow, anywhere? What a thought provoking question!
Arizona is beautiful - Sedona or Grand Canyon are both places worth seeing. Added bonus? Fairly nice weather without the usual spring break crowd.
This past year, I went camping/kayaking with my best friend in Homosassa, Florida. The water was clear and warm, and we saw manatees, dolphins and even a baby gator!
