I wish I could give you useful words of wisdom but I can't think of anything that's really inspiring....
I don't like that you call yourself a burden it makes me sad.
I do understand how that feels because I felt like that with my family. I thought I just got in the way but they pointed it out that I do help out a lot.
I don't fully understand what your situation is like but I hope it'll be okay.
