Well, he put up a facebook post in general asking if anyone wanted to help with artwork for some specialty badges, and I just said "Yes" xD Then after chatting and clarifying some things, gave him the sketches =3 He said "Oh wow, your drawings keep getting more and more awesome" X3 Ahaha~

Kinda makes me feel better after losing the Badge design contest for the same con XD; But this is alright =D

oh that's awesome news! I think you must of impressed the leader of Ramencon then if you're making some badges for him! XD It'd be neater to find out what they are for too, but either way that is good news for you!

The creator/leader or Ramencon wanted someone to do artwork for some specialty badges, but I'm not sure what the badges are for. If they're for the con, that'd be great, cuz ppl would be wearing them at next year's con~ Although if not, that's fine, too, because it's a way to expand my art portfolio and experience =3

I feel like tumblr is to hard to figure out unless you spent a lot of time there or something, ah well.
I think drawing weapons is hard, so those came out really good for you!
Is the killer marshmallow part of a project or something? just the idea for killer marshmallow sounds interesting. I looked at those sack thingies, and I thought they looked cute, and I also read about that! XD

Yes, I did some brief research, glanced at refs for some and made a mental note of the key features and brought that over into the drawing. The only one I was actively looking at references on was the killer marshmallow, but that's only because weapons are more technical =o3o= The ones that were sacks used to be the killer marshmallows, but the guy said they looked like sacks XD And he showed me a sketch his gf did and said to try doing the killer marshmallow more like that XD

I took a look at the sketches! though I don't have any idea of how to comment on Tumblr I'll do it here.

I really like the killer marshmallow idea! it's cute, though it has a lot of weapons, and I also looked at the goblin and troll, I like how you were able to switch styles for it!

Lol, they were going to be killer Marshmallows, but the guy I was doing them for said they looked more like sacks XD So he said, "Why not change those to sacks and make a killer marshmallow like the one in this sketch?" So I'm doing that now XD
