Oh yes, that part was awesome. Both of the bits with the Virtual Boy made me laugh, especially the second one along with the Dreamcast and other stuff. The Power Glove is in there, too.

Very true about Maria Holic not being for everyone, though. It's like Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei mixed with Maria-sama ga Miteru to create a crazy mix of yuri trap insanity.

I haven't seen any of it all. I am curious about it so perhaps one of these days I'll get around to watching it.

But it does get a little psychotic at times. The Housemother keeps everything in line with her epicness, though.

Yeah... It was just a bit TOO weird for me, really. It was like someone threw a bunch of anime cliches and a generous portion of psychotropic drugs together in a blender and switched it on high speed. o3o

Maria†Holic is definitely not for everyone. It's one of those types of shows you have to have an acquired taste for, as it were. Same with yaoi, really. You either like it or you don't. lol

I tried watching that show, but it just wasn't happening for me. ^^;
