I remember when we had an experiment from my biology class from genetics to find out our own blood type by knowing that of our parents.
Though for that you would also have to know the ones from their parents, just in case the extra gens that were produced in the process.
I almost ended up with someone that was not from them and it was funny, because I was like, "Maybe you are not my parents". o_o
LoL, but yeah sometimes even the slightest gens from the past can be the cause of that.
I thought as much, I'd hate to think they messed up on my type all those years all those years ago though...
My mother is A- if I remember right and my father is A+. Not sure what the common type here is though...I always thought O type was rare everywhere.
That's something we tried telling her but she insists.

We just need a Pinkie, Rarity, Apple Jack, Spike and maybe a Luna~
The blood is more under the outer membrane of my eye, no Uchiha tears of blood for me hah
The reason is, when I was born, they told my mum I was A+(like my father). So she is quite stubborn on the matter. We tried sending for my medical files but...I dunno, something is weird.
As far as I know, blood can't change. It is set by genetics and these are yet impossible to manipulate.
You could check it manually if you knew basics of Mendel laws and the blood type of your parents.
Pretty much 0+ is very hard to have and I myself have that one. A+ is more common, but it depends from which part of the world to which. Here it is probably the rarest of the common groups.
Either way the Red Cross inspections are probably right, because these days blood can be checked quite fast and easily, almost as setting apart the color of hair at sight.

Is it bad....when you said your eye was bleeding I thought of the Uchiha? ....I thought so.
I hope you'll be ok! D:
AND....I agree. I don't think your blood type can change. Why does your mom think you are A+? My mom and sister are B+ and my dad and I are O+<3
