A new place I discovered a few months ago is MangaHere.com. It's a great place where u can read manga that hasn't reach the US yet, the staff edits the words and translates them so we can read them. The only problem is that there's just so many novels to translate and it takes a long time to get it all done, they're also short on the staff and in between popular manga chapters they place little comics that say they need more people to help. And not everyday will be your manga that gets updated. Its a great place with many choices but it helps to give the website a break and write down where u are or bookmark it and go back after a while. I think they also get help from Mangafox as well and they have a anime website as well, animehere.com.
