Well I would ignore him I guess unless ya want ta piss him off by finding a hot boy friend (or telling your closet guy friend and asking him if you wanted to pretend go out XD)

anyway, I do think that he likes you very much but I don't think that he totally loves you.. sorry, if this is wrong.. I'm just saying my point of view coz' if he do, he won't do things that you don't like, things that you don't want him to do, or things that would make you feel awkward to be with him.
if you just ignore him, he will continue doing that (things that will pisses you off). the good thing is, he'll get tired, and he'll probably stop chasing after you.. the bad thing is that we're not sure when will it be. if you choose this, your patience must be long enough to endure him.
if you get a really hot boyfriend, its up to him to stop or not. if not, your boyfriend would protect you so no need to worry. (you can have someone to pretend but if you want the real thing, don't get a boyfriend that you don't actually love). the bad thing is he will think that you are just making him jealous too. and the worst thing is, it can cause some misunderstandings between you and your boyfriend. if you choose this you must be ready to explain and to not let yourself be misunderstood by any of them.
those are the most probably outcomes that I've thought of..
