Yeah and neither can I and he just texted me saying 'I'm sorry 6 times and please forgive me' but I'm not allowed to text me and tomorrow I wont talk to him. He makes me so mad that I want to slap him but I wont because I don't want to see him or talk to him.
He did call her a major B**** and he as hit other girls, we told the officer at our school and he now has 3 days of ISS (in school suspension) and they are friends still but me and him are not longer cool, He crossed the line when he hit her.
Uh of course it's not right! I mean I would understand maybe if he yelled at her a bit, not like harshly, but to slap her? That's completely wrong. If he's willing to slap her over something like that, what else would he do? Punch her? Kick her? Hit her with other objects? If it were me I would first, talk it out. If that doesn't work-I'd leave him. Plain and simple. But that's just what I think.
I don't think guys have any right to hit a girl. However, if the girl is slapping them, then the guy has all rights to defend himself, even if it requires some physical contact. Guys just need to remember they are stronger (most of them) than girls.
well... I personally think that a guy should never hit a girl... but as what I can see, some guys get slapped by girls often for the same reason... so to make a fair treatment... I'll answer that its fine..

Call me old fashioned, but a male should NEVER hit a female! (well there may be an exception, this rule should not allow girls to be total jerks or anything) There should still be chivalry even if there isn't, and even just 'playing around' slapping is disrespectful. Plus when one slaps, who can realize everything that does? ie will the recepient take it as a joke or will it hurt her feelings deeply? Others may see and label the guy as a jerk, not knowing it wasn't meant like that. etc.
Guys should never slap girls, no matter what the situation~
Girls are more fragile than guys and the guys should take that into consideration before they actually think about hitting a girl. >_<
