In the manga it said she was killed by her own hand, and vincent was'nt in the room when Oz saw her fall. I think Alice and the Will are still twins but they could be somthing else because the manga also said that the will isn't the Alice jack knew but was still Alice. I think they had that seen in the anime however I don't remember them saying they were twins in the manga. The chesire was following the order of protecting the memory that hurt Alice so just like oz dillusion, he thought that it might be better for him to kill Alice.
My info is not 100 percent acurate, more like 99 percent

So Alice killed herself.... I thought that Vincent killed her... O.O'' In the manga, what is Alice B.Rabbit's connection with Will of the Abyss?? are they not twins?
Oh, and I wanna ask, for whom does Cheshire really cares for? In the anime, Someone said that Cheshire wants to protect Alice B.Rabbit's memories thats why he can't leave... But Jack said that Cheshire is trying to be a knight... And He is trying to kill Alice, because he believes that it will save her from all those pain.... O.O'' I'm a little confuse about these parts....
sorry for asking too much... >.<
and thank you for your time~
Well I can only tell you what I know... the manga sorta goes a different way, but in the anime it said that Alice and the will of the abyss were twins and leaves it at that. Alice was kept in a tower by the bakervilles because of that connection(when she was alive) she commites suicide, for some unknown reason loses her memories and becomes a chain of the abyss.
as for the other questions I heard that the grave could be Jack's or Glen's because they made the watch.
Glen is the leader of the bakervilles and thats all the info they give us, beside the fact that Jack was his friend.
And as far as I know, there is no season 2 or Ova yet(anyone correct me if im wrong)
Did that help at all?
