I am no expert at art, but since you ask what I use, here goes... Pencils, preferably soft(HB), for sketches. I also use a .05 pen for inked art, nothing specific. For coloring, I am currently using Faber Castell colored pencils. Though I haven't uploaded any art using colored pencils yet. I hear Prisma Color are excellent. Oh, I also use accrylic paints. Hope that helps.
Most of my graphics are done via good ol' photoshop.
