there seem to be a lot of sites that hold competitions but the problem is to know whether if they are legit or not -__- You might have to do some researching.
What you can also do is to check out your school or public library.I am pretty sure that they would know a bit or at least a lot on these type of things. Also ask English professors, they are always on top of these things :)

You are an amazing writer. I really like this poem.
It really spoke to me because it reminded me of how there are times in our life when we would try to help a friend, but we can't because that friend is hard to reach for and it's hard to "grab a hold of them" to communicate. So in the end we end up hurting because our friend is still hurting. A situation that I can totally relate to.
If you haven't try it yet, you should try to compete in poem competitions ,you'd do great!
