You just have to be patient. They update promotions every month or so, and you can never really tell when you might be on the list. All I know is that it takes a few months to go from Otakuite to Otakuite +, 6-8 months to go from Otakuite + to Otakuite ++, then a year to go from Otakuite to Senior Otaku, three years for Otaku Legend, and I think four years for Otaku Eternal.
