Um World ratings I believe are indeed judged by the number of times visited ^_^ (in comparison to all other available worlds)
and the commenting medal I believe is updated daily by the number of comments YOU GIVE.
Correct me someone if I'm wrong. Scientifically speaking, these are simply the conclusions I have drawn from my observations and may in fact be inaccurate. -_-
