Yeah,mostly of this happens to me too. My favorite one is,when I think that I send a text message,but actually I haven't,and it gets worse when there is more than one o_O.Mostly because it happens lot to me in past these days(might fix some things xD).^^
About anime,I had something similar.Over the weekend I was supposed to learn for the school,but then I saw some historical program about some unimportant person.And it was very boring,but later I watched it like one and half hour and didn't managed to learn anything.xDD
