I knew that something was going on when I came here... The dark aura surrounded me. I was left aside, with only my deepest and most darkest memories. Slowly a voice could be heard.. It was a snake.. a snake..

And that is my impression of this world, which in simple worlds means just amazing! :D It portrays HP just how it should (and reminds me to watch HP marathon now that I got my boxset). But really, I like this. :) The introduction is also simple and fits well. Great one~!

I will definitely have to take a look at those; the artwork from the series is gorgeous. I'm not really a big manga reader, though, unfortunately! I know most mangas are much better than the anime, but it's a matter of actually buying the manga and whatnot that's the problem.

Wow! Admittedly, the original is beautiful, but the enhanced colors and the border is really... Just wow. xD

Well you did a nice job with it in GIMP! It looks pretty 'seamless' IMO.

And yeah, the picture in my intro is from this manga called Kimi no Kakera by Shin Takahashi (the same person who created Saikano). Both are great series! I need to actually re-read/catch-up on Kimi no Kakera. It's been a while... (But Saikano is such an amazing series if you ever get the chance to read it.

No, I actually found that on google a while ago when I was looking for tumblr backgrounds! Because the image was too small for my comp, though, I just stuck it into GIMP and made it longer, so it would cover the entire screen without blatantly tiling all over the place. I wanted it to look more or less seamless.
By the way, do you have a link to the original image in the intro to your world? It's gorgeous!

My world is pretty much half-assed. I really like your world! I'm always too lazy to find nice wallpapers to put into the background. Did you make the background for your world yourself?

Thank you! I know, I've never really liked darker designs for worlds, but I thought I could make an exception just this once. I don't think my world will ever have that simple beauty your, or AngelZakuro's worlds so easily portray, so at the moment, this is good enough for me. :'D
