11: Twinrova
Another favourite I couldn't take off the list! XD (Why are all my favourites at the bottom of this list? ;m;)
When it comes to the design they look cool, but if you think about it, they're pretty basic. Fire and Ice, two opposites. Two opposites that are fairly present in most Nintendo games, or just games in general. But what sets her off from other fire and ice types is that it's fire and ice combined into one. Two old ladies making a young woman...(?)
Fire and Ice combined into one, also isn't super original. What gets them the greatest amount of points is how you have to defeat them. Use their attacks against them.
Their background story is probably the most complex of any boss (besides the final boss). I won't spoil anything, though! But those of you who know what I'm talking about, know what I'm talking about.
The overall feeling of the battle, the area, it's rather boring. The focus seems to be more on Twinrova than anything else, which kinda works out, but it also makes it really annoying when they go off camera, because then you're left with what? A room with some nice prints?
It's one of those rooms that seems like another puzzle is inside, but there isn't, that's what annoys me about that battle. It doesn't really feel like a boss battle until you see Twinrova (and hear the music).
