It's better then nothing. If it doesn't stay down try eating some crackers that might help a bit.
I know D: and Im scared to eat, so Im slowly eating soup ;^;

You should be in bed relaxing, dont bother with here you need to get better. Do you have a kitty? Kitty snuggles are awesome medicine.
