Ichiago is oblivious to everything so there is no love sense in him. Just cares for his friends a lot. He dis Tatsuki Arisawa we she demands to know what is going on but he doesn’t want her to get involved. He thinks he can handle everything but he is actual so weak. Only his hollow self is strong.
Orihime Inoue loves ichigo beyond measure. She always heals him and trys to keep him from trouble, even if her combat skills suck. She gets caught as bait for ishago at least twice by Grimmjow and Ulquiorra.
It was just be nice to see them together and Ichiago acknowledge her.
