I finally got to play FE today and it is AMAZINGGG!

Of course, it's FILLED with fanservice (as in...there didn't NEED to give us the ability to have our avatars have romantic relations with the characters, but they did it anywayysss).

Ah, but I was disappointed by the voice selection for the avatar. They all sound relatively similar except on different maturity levels...>3> I wanted to make a cutesy avatar...but I made meh FE OC instead~! :D She really fits in with it, I'm surprised! O.O

Not only thatttt...but I got 2nd place in Regions in Academic Team~! :D YAYYY~! I get to go to state~! Last year and the years before, I never placed at region! I'm sooo pleasantly surprised...AND fire emblem...<333

But because of meh busy day I didn't have time to watch the new Shin Sekai Yori episode...>3>

Yes, I watch that show, every Saturday morning. It's very clever at some parts, and other parts it's just weird. Each episode seems to have a different animation director...O.o; I want to read the light novels because, basically, I'm only interested in it because of the story. Lately it's gotten REALLY good so I'm looking for to several new episodes~! >:D

That's ze end of meh fangirling gaizzz! I'm probably going to go to sleep now...I've spent wayyy too much time on this one part...it's mainly because I accidentally move people to the wrong place and then I'm definitely screwed...or one time I almost completed it, but I accidentally put my pegasus knight out instead of my knight and she was brutally killed by arrows.

Ohhh...before I go...I've always wondered why there aren't any male Pegasus Knights even though there are female Wyvern Knights...O.o;

My Valentines Day has just been escalated when I returned home today. Not only did I get tons of chocolate...FE HAS ARRIVED! But I can't play it until after Academic Team Regionals which is this Saturday 'cause I need to focus on studying...'orz

And thhennnnn SEIYUU KA-! HAS UPDATED! <333 Omigosh, soooo happy! I check it every time I come home! That's how much I love this manga...omigosh!!!

Also, long weekend...to play FE~! >:D

I finally tried out my new nail art brushes~! :D So I did a design that I've been wanting to do for a while which isss lace!

I wasn't sure which picture was the clearest in showing what I did so I took several! XD

This Valentine's day I'm going to do Ash Crimson's nails (since it's his birthday)! I will post the outcome of that!

I'm still waiting for Fire Emblem Awakening to arrive in the mail.

My brother bought the new Sonic and All Star's racing game. It looks really cool and he says it's a very well made game.

Minamoto no Hikaru composed by the same guy who did the Death Note OST~! :D I really love the feeling of this song. The basic melody is INCREDIBLY addicting.

I spent the first part of my birthday taking tests for Academic Team. I placed 3rd, but it's no big deal. I'm very happy that I got 34 points, though. Last year first place only had about 27 points, so this is very surprising...unfortunately somebody who was on my team didn't get first so I was a bit disappointed about that.

I did get to talk to my best friend from the rival school, though~! :D She was with her Jesus friend...He apparently looks like Jesus, but I think he looked more like a young brown haired version of Saruman (can't believe the kinds of people that are only 17-18...O.o;).

For meh birthday dinner my family had an Asian styled dinner: Spring rolls, Udon Noodles, Miso Soup Glazed Cod, Asian Lettuce Wraps, and Fried Rice

For meh cake my mom didn't want to have another chocolate cake so instead I had a Spice Cake with Green Tea Frosting and Chopped Pistachios.

(Why am I capitalizing the food?)

I got everything I asked for and more (in money)~! :D I got Harvest Moon 3DS which I will tell you gaiz about later in this post. I got nail art brushes, dotting tool, and stickers (not sure how the stickers work...they don't even look like anything, just rolls of something....O.o;). I also got the Skillful Huntsman:

It takes the Grimm Fairytale story of The Skillful Huntsman and shows the process of designing concept art for it. It's REALLY REALLY good. I highly recommend it for anybody interested in concept art, or, like me, having a really hard time designing full body characters...'orz

I also got a tripod for meh camera that can hook onto ANYTHING...Well, not exactly anything, but a lot of things.

Onto Harvest Moon 3DS talk~! :D

What can I tell you about this game?

It's pretty much like every other Harvest Moon game.

I'm not saying this like it's a disappointment or that it really is a repeat of the previous games, that's definitely not it.

The basic character modeling, character actions, movement, sounds, etc. are the same like the previous Harvest Moon games (and of course, terrible translating), but there are a TON of new things (besides new characters and new places).

YOU GET TO JUMP! I don't know why all the places I've read hadn't mentioned it, or maybe I skipped over it. I know it's not new to the game series, but HOLY CRAP is it fun! I love jumping onto rocks to get to the other side of a stream or jumping into stumps or jumping on mushrooms~! <333

There are different ways of foraging items, you catch bugs, and you can fish with a net (but you have to make the net and it will break depending on how long you leave it in the water). You have to clean up after your animals! XD I accidentally sold my pitchfork so my barn got REALLY dirty...;orz The places are also very lovely to look at! You can move around the camera, which is also very nice (for looking at character designs)

The whole construction and blueprinting is LOVELY~! So many things I want to do....but then I know I have to collect the materials or buy it.

It's REALLY REALLY easy to get money and most of the prices for things are very cheap. I've just started I already have 50,000...O.o; Something I only wished I had in the other games....;orz How is it easy to get this much? Besides foraging, which you actually don't get as much money for, the crops grow REALLY REALLY fast. I remember being really bothered about how slow crops were in other games, and then here I'm so surprised by how quickly I have fully grown crops.

There are sooo many things to do and I like that the game sorta reminds you. Half the time I've already done something and then the Harvest Sprite Aaron comes in and tells me that I should be doing whatever I'm already doinggggg...>3>

Customization is lovely~! <333 I already have an adorable girl and adorable boy character. I made my boy character look like Chihaya! XD And my girl is pink with short hair and gold eyes.

My only problems with this game arreeee:

It's much easier than the previous games (maybe this is a good thing?)
It's very very slow in the beginning
Translation is bad
There isn't that much variety of music. You just get remixed versions of the same songs...>3> I mean, it's not like it was that much better in the other games, but it's still rather annoying.
I don't even know why it's on the 3DS because the attempts at 3D are pretteh bad. I could turn off the 3D and there isn't that much difference. It doesn't have the 3D WOW of the FE game.

That's what I think of the game so far! Right now I'm taking a break to read more of The Skillful Huntsman because too much gameplay (especially on the 3DS) is bad for the eyes~! :D

AMGASH! VIDYA GAMESSS!

I didn't get to do everything I wanted to do this weekend...because of video games...but I got the big things done.

I've drawn 3 pics! None of which I can post because they're for stuff like contests and things that could cause confusion if I posted them online.

Anywayysss...

I've been in a Harvest Moon mood so I decided to play Harvest Moon DS again (since I have a DS to play it with~! >:D FINALLY) and HOLY CRAP! I got SO MANY THINGS done.

I found 20+ sprites than I already had.
I got the sword to open up another place to cultivate.
Made Finest Rice and gave it to Keira for her first heart event.
Found two cursed items.
Increased my crop plantation area (before I only had the stuff in my house and the two patches outside, which I increased to about 12 patches...:D).
Bought even more accessory stuff so mining is A BREEZE~! :D
FINALLY GOT A FISHING POLE! Omigosh...I couldn't understand why I could never get that event to get the fishing pole until I realized every time I tried I had another tool equipped...'orz
I built two new bird coop thingies which means I'm definitely getting that red sprite! >:D
I bought 2 new cows and 4 new chickens and omigosh! The people I bought them from left them out in the rain! ;m; And now they're sick...those jerks....>3>

And that's all I can remember...that's a lot considering all I had been doing the entire time I had that game...so I basically have all the normal girls' hearts maxed out (except for Nami for some reason....even though in the other file I'm trying to get her...XD Maybe I just got tired of giving her presents).

But I just recently played the demo for Fire Emblem: The Awakening!

OMIGOSH! AWESOME! POSSUM! AWESOME!!

For those of you who are an FE fan like me, or not an FE fan, or don't have a 3DS and are thinking about buying it or are thinking about buying the new FE game but hate the character design (like me) or just don't want to spend the money...lemme tell you, lemme tell you the greatness of the game!! (As far as I could see the from the demo)

These are some of the things you will find/be amazed by:

-THE 3D GRAPHICS! Omigosh! The fire the birds looked like they were coming out of me. Le gasp, the atmosphere is like how it was in Avatar! ;w;
-It's more convenient than the older games (which for me is a downside because if you're new to the series and want to play the old games the old games won't seem as appealing just because this game is so much more convenient)
- The voice acting isn't as bad as Radiant Dawn's~! :D It's not like magical award winning great...it's like any other anime voice acting, but yeah, at least it's not as bad as Radiant Dawn's.
- CUSTOMIZATION!! CUSTOMIZATION! You can customize your own character who will use swords and magic! :D You are the main character! You can choose your face, hair style, body style (?), and what-not. Basic things you'd expect..your name, your birthdate, yadda yadda. AND!! YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR VOICE! AND!!! Seriously, there is more greatness and this is even better! YOU CAN MAKE YOU CHOOSE YOUR STATS! Like what you're be weak with and what you'd be stonger with for instance. Weak in speed but strong in strength. That.is.awesome.
- SUPPORTS~! :D For me, what makes me love FE even more than RPGs that may have similar gameplay is the killer support system which was downgraded in Radiant Dawn. But it's back and even greater in this one! You are alerted (with hearts~! <333) when you supports have increased after a battle. On top of that I hear there can be romances, marriage, and children. Then you can play as those characters' children. On top of that on top of that you I hear your character can marry someone and do the same thing! CRAZZYY! (It was done in older games, but it's a bit cleaner in this one....I suppose...c-convenient)
- This one surprised me...If you put another unit next to the other BOTH go into battle. So if one unit misses their attack the other unit can finish the enemy. This is how the support works. And it's clearer how the supports help the two characters. You can't have more than two in battle, though....;m; But oh wellz, two characters is more than satisfactory!
- The cutscene graphics are amazing! They're pretty much the same as in Radiant Dawn and Path of Radiance...If you don't know what I'm talking about and have seen the short film before Wreck-it-Ralph it's pretty much that quality. It's a mixture of 2D and 3D graphics. Cell-shaded 3D. IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!
- Not many things have been changed from the previous games, rather they have been improved when it comes to gameplay.
- You can view the stat hexagon~! :D One of those hexagons you usually see when looking at the stats for...anything....I think that's pretty cool. It makes them seem more well rounded~! :D
- You can view your units AND enemies individually. By this I mean you can see their full design and zoom in and out sorta like with Super Smash Bros.'s trophies, except you can't move around them (as far as I know).

And those are just some of the many amazing things about this game!

I'm definitely going to buy this game! I hope you guys do too, so we can fangirl/boy about it~! <333
