Hehe! I'm glad it's reminding you of your childhood...if that's a good thing. I remember I was always kinda scared of the ring-a-ring-of-roses song...but the other stuff I wasn't sure about. I mostly learned those nursery rhymes from those books, and the illustrations are the ones that scared me, so I know which ones are scary and which ones aren't. There was one nursery rhyme that I was really afraid of...but I can't remember what it was...
O.O That sounds terrible! Who does that remind me of...? My engineering teacher, he was really creepy and nobody liked him because it was like he was bi-polar and he was always rubbing himself in strange places....and smelled really bad. It was really scary!!
And I hear that story before, too, so I wasn't sure if it was popular or not, but I never heard of the name before...>.> Maybe because a lot of horror movies/stories are based off of that one. It came from a poem, but the writer said that it actually happens sometimes, and had happened before in several castles...O.O No playing hide-and-seek in big huge castles with friends that aren't familiar with the place.
