Yes! Same for me (kinda). It's very weird how the mispronounce people's names so oddly...There was this girl in my class called Mallie..and it looks like MAHL-EE, and this one substitute called her May-lee...O.o Well, the same teacher pronounce lysosomal lie-zoh-mee-ahl...O.o I would NEVER want her as the person who's asking for the spelling of the word in a spelling bee...
Ooohh? Really? I can never seem to switch between poses at all...well, sometimes I draw really good poses, and then sometimes I can't...but that's about it...O.o
Ears are hard, but once you get the hang of a certain style of drawing ears (I have my own weird style) then they get really easy. Like some people just draw sixes...Oh! If you have trouble figuring out where to put the ears, remember this:
The the top of the ear is aligned with the eyebrow!
Your post wasn't at all boring! I like reading comments and stuff! ^ ^
I hate it when ppl struggle and stumble over names just because they're not common.
If I learn a name that's unique and spelled weird I'll remember it and say, "If I'm ever a substitute teacher one day and I have student named this, I will SO pronounce this right!"
I switch back forth when I draw. Some days I'm better at faces, and other days I'm better at poses. But I ALWAYS start with the face. I agree with you there.
I love drawing hands, even though I'm not good at them. I haven't had a chance to really draw feet yet.
I HATE DRAWING NOSES TOO! Half the time my characters don't have noses because I have such a hard time! ;; Or I forget to draw one. Ears are hard too, for me. If you're not careful they can make or break the pic. But I dunno. Enough ranting XD
Sorry if I bored you there with my long comment D;
