Nope. It's very sad. And they just have musicals where you dress up your pokemon and they just dance on stage...and by dance I mean like what you probably did with your Barbie's to dance and just hop them around back and forth...>.>
Contests made the game for me, but in a lot of the games there aren't contests, like in the new one. It's just a stupid musical...>.> I don't like dressing my pokemon up in the first place...
Or maybe we should wear things to cover them up, like clothing...XD Nah, if there weren't thighs people would look weird and they're a good part of the body...
Lol XD Then perhaps they should call those other pokemon "Almost Legendary" or "Sonova! Why aren't there more?" pokemon XD
Ah, sorry about that. I basically meant, some pokemon probably don't want to get any stronger than they already are. Like we learn and stuff, but then when you get to a place that's comfortable, you might bbe resistent to change... So they're stubborn on improving XD
Foo, only battling? =>3>;= I'd probably be more inclined to do the contests XD
Ah, well, congrats and good luck then =3
No liek thighs... D= But all humans have them... =>_>;= *thinks maybe future humans will evolve to not having any thighs* XD;;
Nah, nah, that's a whole big thing. There are lots of people who still support him...>.> And you are right on that. It's because they're rare. But Milotic is also very rare, and it's not a legendary, same for a lot of other pokemon. Eevee's not a legendary, but they're very rare (in most games).
But your second point made no sense to me (that's a first, usually I understand you pretteh well). You can't decide if you want to be strong or not. You can make goals to be stronger, but you can't really make goals to be weaker...Most creatures are designed to get better and better not degenerate.
Haha! I do the same! Actually, that's another thing! Fire Emblem and Pokemon have the same kinds of problems. It's called a Jeigan after the character Jeigan from one of the Fire Emblem games that I don't remember the name of. He was really powerful and looked good in the beginning, but since he rarely leveled up and never got any better he was a crap of unit. That's what some of the Legendaries are. They can seem good and awesome just because they're rare, but in the end they're no good. It kind of depends on what game you have, though, because you can still you them for contests, but some other games have it, like in Silver and Gold, where all you can do is battle with them.
I do know where and when to get an Absol, but it'll take me a while. They're kinda rare-ish I here...as rare as a freaking Sygilyph...fragglebraggle...I finally caught one today after spending weeks in the same place...>.> But I lovezz it, so's that's okay~! X3
XD I can understand what you mean...but...ermm...thighs...not big fan of thighs...O.o;
Iunno, why did Bush become president? He was kinda useless too XD; They might've been voted in on account of being so rare. I think the rarity of a pokemon is another reason to call it legendary... sorta like a limited edition action figure. It's not exactly useful, but it's rare, so you get props for having it. X3
I somewhat understand what you mean about the celebrity thing... But on the other hand, pokemon just exist, if you think about it from a living standpoint... Trainers are the ones who decided to catch the pokemon. Maybe some pokemon just don't want to be strong X3; Just like some people don't want to be rich? xD;;
That does indeed sound frustrating... I think I'd be yelling at my gameboy if I went through that, as well xD; (Although, I have yelled at it while playing Fire Emblem X3;;)
Yuss, Ninetails are so pretty and they look like they'd be comfy to take a nap on =~w~= As far as find an Absol, maybe try Mt. Moon, if it's in that game. I don't remember any other places except maybe some other mountains...
They probably changed the rules because they figured Gardevoir was too feminine for a male X3; Although... I might not mind seeing a cute boy in a miniskirt =>//u//<= *slight nosebleed*
I understand what you mean...sorta...but they're LEGENDARY! Why are they legendary? Because they're awesome and amazing. They were so awesome that there are stories about them. They're like the elite four of the pokemon, they're supposed to be really strong, especially if they're just kinda side pokemon to catch. They have to have some importance other than they're cute or they have some kinda special story. A lot of them have it where they're 'wishing' pokemon and your wishes will come true or something, I think Nintendo should do something with that story. Give them special moves that no other pokemon have. My problem with them is that they're not special.
I understand what you mean with Suicune. I kinda like Suicune, but something about it gives me a bad taste in my mouth...I have Pokemon Stadium 2 which has the legendary beasts and legendary birds and in the tournaments all the pokemon are level 50 so I can tell what pokemon is good and what pokemon isn't. Suicune is on my list of pokemon I shouldn't choose because I can't really find any good use for it...>.> I make sure to steer clear of it whenever I selecting my pokemon. I can get Raikou, it's OKAY, but it's not as good as some of the normal pokemon. Another thing, it's kinda unfair to the rest of the pokemon to have a legendary pokemon that's weaker than them. It's like a celebrity who has no talent...what about the everyday pokemon who ARE amazing but they're ignored?
I understand what you mean with style, though. A lot of people overuse their really strong pokemon or use their really weak pokemon to make them all very strong. I try to balance my team, and there are lots that are very hard to level up. Legendaries are some of the hardest that's why if they're not that good to begin with I don't like them that much. I don't want to have to keep switching pokemon or give them special items just to get them strong. They might have somewhat good technical moves, but it's hard to use those effectively if the opponent uses really harsh moves that takes off way more than half of my pokemon's HP all the time.
I love Ninetails! That's another good pokemon! I've never caught an absol so I don't really know much about that pokemon to say anything...I do want to catch it, though. I kinda see it as a sneavel kinda pokemon. Not crazy powerful, but a useful and cool pokemon.
Yeah, I think it won't turn into a Gallade unless you have a special stone, but it won't turn into a Gardevoir if its male. But the game I had him in didn't have a Gallade in it so he turned into a Gardevoir. It makes a lot of sense, but...then it makes no sense because they changed the rules in the newer game! So what is my pokemon!? And yeah, Kirlia, I think, is much girlier than Gardevoir. I mean, Kirlia wears almost a miniskirt and Gardevoir wears a unisex skirt sooo...XD

Ah, well I can't say I hate any legendaries. It's just like with people, where they all have a range of abilities. I would imagine if all the legendaries lived in the same town and then had a party, the stronger ones would probably pick on the "useless" ones. I think it would be too boring if ALL of the legendaries were "awesome."
Also, still haven't played any pokemon games. My mother hogs both DS's so she can trade with herself. XD; However, I would say my favorite legendary is Darkrai, because he's hot and cool XD lolz I actually kinda like Suicune because it's a rather graceful pokemon, and I think that was the point with it's design. Not to be aggressive, but moreso passive and flowing like water or a "bubble" in the wind. Really, there are all kinds of pokemon in the game and some are "useless" to certain people, but only because it doesn't fit their style. I think it may be somewhat unfair to call them useless just because you personally don't like them. However, I do not mean to say you can't use what pokemon you wish. Other people would probably be able to use their techniques more effectively because that's their style... *is rambling*
Well, it comes in time whichever pokemon winds up your favorite =3 And if not, nothing wrong with that either. From the original 150, I would have to say it was Ninetails. Overall, I think Absol is my favorite.
I don't know how your male Kirlia ended up a Gardevoir D= But... it was a kirlia to begin with, which is rather girly either way XD; lolz Oh, but didn't you need a special evolution stone to turn it into a Gallade? =o.o= I think that was the only way... or some super special condition, but I think the stone was the only way...
XD That's kinda sad! XD I remember those, they were fun to guess on! XD
Well, it's not exactly that they go down in two hits, it's that even when they're at a high level they don't do any major damage and they don't have very good stats and its all over a boring thing...>.> There are TONS of worthless pokemon out there, and I use a lot of them for contests, but some of the games don't have contests which makes me sad...TT^TT
Haha! XD I do that sometimes, too! XD And fire is fun, too, unless you're up against a water pokemon and then it's just depressing...TT^TT I do that kind of trash talk with Fire Emblem ALL THE TIME. I tried to explain to my mom that kids don't go around yelling 'Die! Die! Die!!' at the screen and then they remind me of what I yell when I play Fire Emblem...'orz
I know what you mean. Roselia is one of those few hard on grass pokemon that can stick in the fight, but I've had too many grass pokemon that just won't level up and just get attacked too easily...'orz
I LOOOVE Munna also~! X3 It reminds me of a piggy, and piggies are adorable and pink and adorable! :D
...Hrmm...Hrmm...Well, right now it's Victini...but I would probably carry around Blaziken or Empoleon a bunch...nah, just Blaziken. That's actually a pretty tough question because there are a bunch of pokemon I MUST carry around at all times, but it varies for each game. Usually I have to have the starter pokemon, a normal type, and a flying pokemon, and then whatever pokemon I really like over those like with Ralts or Victini or something. But it's sad playing a game without meh Blaziken which is why Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald are my favourites (they also have my favourite pokemon in them). But one that's not a starter or legendary would probably have to be...Ralts/Kirlia/Gardevoir or Skitty...Though I don't actually use Skitty except for contests and my Ralts/Kirlia/Gardevoir usually gets the most love...sooo...Yeah, Blaziken or Ralts.
Sorry for rambling on that one...O.o; It's just a hard question! XD
I am such a Pokémon n00b, I'm doing good if I can make an attempt at the Who's That Pokémon?! commercials.
I couldn't tell you who my favorite legendary is or anything, but the cute ones do seem kind of worthless. That was one of the things that shocked me about Pokémon- WHY MAKE A WORTHLESS ONE? I guess they're more for show, than battles, but still. I don't care how cute or cool you look; if you go down in two hits you're not in my party D<
My favorite Pokémon types so far are Fire and Fighting. All the Fire Pokémon I have are mothatruckas. (Did I ever mention I trash talk during Pokémon battles? "OH. OH. GREAT. USE THAT ATTACK AGAIN. OPE. I SEE HOW IT IS BETCH. FFFFF SUPER EFFECTIVE. WHAT NOW?").
My least favorite type is probably either Grass or Ghost. Grass is like, if they're leveled okay, they will get the job done, but if you're not careful they go down like *snaps fingers*.
I can't really say what my favorite Pokémon is, just because I don't really know very many. But I think Munna is crazy adorable, and not a bad Pokémon. Psychic can usually mindrape an opponent in battle a time or two without too much trouble.
Now I have a question for you. What Pokémon would you choose to carry around with you all the time, like Ash does with Pikachu?
