I understand and I know what you mean. It is something good to have just hope I don't every need to use it. Thank you for the comment and words of wisdom!
Oh I see^^ Sounds pretty interesting..I also did some martial arts but not really my thing I don't like hurting people even when I have to..But to defend yourself can sure be usefull when your or worse your loved one is in danger...
Good luck my friend..My sensei always taught me only use your teqniques when its absolutely nessasery..If someone failed and break that rule you'll be punished and banned from the dojo forever
Good things comes 2 those who wait, The things you lost will always replace something better..
Not silly at all. Krav Maga is an aggressive self defense martial arts that is used by the Israeli Military. The design is to allow anyone to defense themselves against an attacker that is bigger and stronger then them. But one major difference in Krav is that you know required years of training to be bale to defend yourself. After a class you can understand know the basics of how to preform the defense and the later classes helps improve and add onto that base technique.
So for the level one test we had to proof we can under stress brake free from various choke holds, and headlocks as well as defend ourselves from attacks standing and on the ground.
Then at the higher levels (4 and 5) you are taught about guns and knife defenses. But each level adds in more increased types of attacks and addition strikes to defend yourself.
Thank you! I did sleep better then usual and decided to go into work a little late since I was still sore. The one instructor made it sound like I passed which is great but waiting for the confirmation. Still a little sore this Tuesday morning but overall not to bad from the test on Sunday. Thanks for comment and good rest comment!
Hopefully your substituting teacher days are going well for you.
