I think if theyre a new submitter/new to the site then a simple PM advising them to edit their piece to include their sources would suffice, it could be an honest mistake.
As for the others who have many many submissions and have never credited any sources at all - then yes report! Go for the eyes!
I'm the same way. I tend to write long-ish descriptions to be quite intriguing myself. It is always interesting to read how they're made. Long descriptions + links are boss. :3
Honestly I credit as many pieces as I can by at least linking the source scan or render I've used. Sometimes I can't always go back and find certain images or I found them along time ago. Most of the time this isn't the case for me. I've been doing my best to link back/credit as many sources I used as a piece. I understand your frustration however. I've seen people not credit or link ANYTHING at all but most people at least credit their scans/renders.
