The rank "Grand Otaku" is a memorial rank in honor of a member who had passed away and he never got the chance to see his promotion. A better explanation can be found here. It's an article that was written awhile back in honor of Aaron (grand baham was his username here). I didn't personally know him but I was sad to hear of his passing.
At first I was confused what "Grand Otaku" was too until I read the article I mentioned and linked. :)
