Oh my goodness. Longest post I've ever seen you write, and the most profanity I've ever seen, too! O__O I'm not a fan of hearing or reading so much, lol, but I understand that you were incredibly stressed and angry, so yeah. This just needs an R-rating. ^_~

That problem really went out of control. It shouldn't have been your responsibility to take care of all of that! You are such a hard worker and so dedicated that you took all those extra hours to help this out, and yet your manager didn't even give you a thank you. That's just ridiculous. >E I'd want to bite someone's head off, too!!!! That's really not fair. And then to somehow take away your vacation days like that? WTF is right. Did you talk to her about that? Oh wait, you did ask...and again she gave you a stupid answer. That's just unfair, to take away your pay like that.

Well, it's all over with now though. And it seems like you let off a good deal of steam! Good job!! *hugs* I hope that things improve from now on, and if something like this happens again, whatever you do, just don't try to take it all on yourself like this. Even if you are having help from other people, it's not your area to do. It should've been up to your manager(s) to fix. And since you did so much, heck, you should've gotten a raise or something!!

Unfortunately, a lot of managers are biatches or jerks. They feel that because they're in that position, they don't need to do as much work. They have their employees do it (like you). My brother's come across many like that.
