Description: She wears a silver tank top and a necklace with the symbol on it too, light brown eyes, she colors her hair A LOT, so you never know what color she’ll show up to school with, but currently it is a light brown with pink, gold/yellow, and red streaks. A navy skirt, red belt, black spandex, brown boots, black bands on her arms. Yotoma’s hair is a little longer than shoulder length and bangs that are slightly in her eyes.
Spaciality: Genjutsu
Chakra Types: Water
Signature jutsu: A mist like jutsu that makes the person see what they want to see, but it will always stay out of reach, or Yotoma might just get bored or want to speed it up and will just change it into something weird and random. It really doesn’t hurt the target much, it just looks like to normal people that the person is just spacing out, making a perfect opportunity to strike.
Taijutsu Style: N/A (She’s too lazy to even attempt Tai…)
Bloodline traits: None.
Basic Jutsu: A very basic genjutsu.
Learned Jutsu: Types of water styles.
Summioning: A owl that’s all but useless to her…

i like the main idea but you are in te adcademy first so you are learning the basic jutsus and there is noone but me to teach you the "learned jutsu" the clan is cool go ahead with that, try to make a back story to your clan. and the summioning seems a little to advanced for a academy student, {you know?} [not trying to be mean, just constructive criticism.

Clan: (may I have a clan?) Clan: the megami clan was said to have decended from the goddess Sora(I made her up XD) The clan's symbol is a bird and their bloodline trait is the Toberu you no Tsubasa which litteraly gives them wings

Signature jutsu: incomplete. But she's trying to create a jutsu that lifts others into the air leaving them helpless and unable to attack.
