Sounds lovely. I've got some nice fall pictures coming, I'm just too worn out from the trip I went on to get them up at the moment.

Fullmetal Alchemist is one of my top favorite anime of all time. I never really thought about the message for modern society in that one, I'll have to think about it, watch a few more episodes and see what percolates on the subject.
