Ofcourse, a savior of saviors, and who was it that had saved tem from Aizan? Who was it that had defeated the Bouno, Espada, Arrancar, and gave Aizan the final blow in the war? It's the same person, Ichigo Kurasake, yes, he was indeed a savior of saviors, but ofcourse, behind every strong man, is a stronger woman, so if Ichigo were to save Soul Society again, he would need Rukia's help, and THAT was were Asagi came in, as a captin, even a new one who is generally unfamilar (to Soul Society's nowledge) with the events of Rukia's exicution and beyond, it is her job to help bring Soul Society to the standards that used to be held, because you see, she nos more than most people believe, -AsagiTaichou visit my site for a good fanfic
