About the Bunbuku Changma idea, I may have to reserch it cuz' in my book of Japanese Mythology, the story goes as follows in these breif sentences:
Preist drinks tea.
Head and tail of tanuki comes out of teapot.
Preist and his students stunned at the sight.
Tanuki runs around the temple.
Preist and students chase tanuki.
Tanuki turns back into teapot.
Merchant comes in.
Preist sells teapot to merchant.
At night, the tanuki plays tricks at the merchant by walking everytime the merchant is asleep.
Merchant takes teapot to a wiseman.
Wiseman tells merchant that the teapot is very lucky and to make him dance and walk up tightrope.
Tanuki treated as a saint.
Maybe the story has been rewritten a lot.
And one more thing, how can you stare at me when you and me are at the computer.
