well heres my response.

im not ranting now, so im not trying to be mean.
(thanks for the polite response tho. i actually really appreciate it rather than yelling at me :) )

i dont think life is supposed to be happy all the time.
some bad things happen that are beyond our control.
but in the end those bad things can help you grow as a person and make you who you are.

with the whole lifestyle thing...
i mean like i dont hate a gay person, i hate the fact that they live gay.
i have an uncle whos gay. and i love him. but i dont love the fact that hes gay.

also, i dont know if you agree with this, but i dont think people are born gay, i think everyone is born heterosexual. Just some people get "confused." i know you might not agree. but thats what i belive.

talking from a literal perspective...

so a girls a key.
and a guys a lock.
you cant open a lock with a lock.
and you cant open a key with a key.
it only works with a key and a lock.

and also one more thing...
im a christian and i believe whole heartedly in the bible.
while it does say a lot about love and love is important...
there are also verses that say homosexuality is wrong.

the only reason i was really mad in this post was that people had a hard time accepting i didnt agree with homosexuality.
but thanks for not being all... offended about it.

its fine if u dont want to answer this, since this post was about forever ago and such and such but i just wanted to put my little two cents in here (no im not gunna fight, just a bit of asking and statement) cus i AM full of it apparently....

whats life about if not to be happy? (if u do answer this, I AM asking this seriously. its interesting to see different views on this...)

also, whats a gay lifestyle? as far as I'm concerned/ what I know, embracing the LIFESTYLE is based on the actual PERSON.

Because homosexuality is a preference just like heterosexuality. its who we like/love.

i [strangely enough] know men who dress in drag and women who are dykes but are totally straight. most of them are going through a rebelious phase but my point is that the lifestyle doesn't automatically come with the sexual preference, just like the sexual preference doesn't automatically come with the lifestyle.

i think i got a bit offtopic.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much! Really I appreciate it; someone actually gets it. Christians don't hate gays, just the choice they made (I'm a Christian too, so I should know). And everyone just needs to respect everyone elses' opinion--point blank. So, yeah, thank you. ^^
